 I've been losing weight all week --with a combination of a slow-carb, high protein diet and watching calories-- but this morning I actually weighed a little heavier than yesterday morning. I am hoping that is because I did weight lifting yesterday.

            Wow!!! It is only 9/4 and we are already on part two! We may need to think about moving this to the group section, but I love to keep this accessible for those just starting, so they can get into a challenge easily. What do you think?
