Salmon recipe - Healthy and easy to make
Hi! I wanted to share this recipe with y'all. I made it this week for dinner and my fiance loved it so we made it again. It is very healthy, easy to make, and delicious!
Angel Hair Pasta with Asparagus and Smoked Salmon
• 1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
• 1/2 cup fresh steamed asparagus tips
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
• 1 ounce smoked salmon, chopped
• 1 tablespoon chopped pistachio nuts
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for angel hair pasta with asparagus and smoked salmon:
1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
2. Steam the asparagus over boiling water and cook until tender but still firm. Drain, cool and chop.
3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, asparagus, smoked salmon, lemon juice, pistachios, basil, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
4. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve at room temperature.

Unfortunately I don't. Sorry about that. I found it in the Internet. But you can probably add every ingredient since there are no sauces and it should be accurate.0
