That means I ate a whole large pizza and a whole cheesecake for dessert right?

Obviously. Either that or a KFC double down0

You ate that much? I'm jealous. :laugh:0

I understand using Quick Add--sometimes that's all you can do.
I do wonder why people don't jot down in the food notes what the Quick Add represents. Otherwise, how do you know what to keep doing or change when you look back on the diaries over time? Or maybe they don't look back?0 -

Yep, excellent choice. I used to eat a jar of peanut butter or a can of cashews nightly when I was trying to gain weight0

quick add can be useful when you don't know exactly what's in the food, but you only know the calories.
or if the item isn't in the list of foods and you don't have time to add a new food.
or if your meal is made of so many different things (ex. soup) that it would take forever to log everything!0
