I am trying to follow Bob Harpers Skinny Rules this month. Got up did measurements and weight this morning. I am ready to get back on track. Ihave been on this Journey since Aug 2, 2011 and Found MFP end of October 2011. I am so thankful for the challenges people post, for the encouraging words. Friend me if you want!
Followed the Skinny Rules and enjoyed most of my meals. Only 1 I made that had iffy ingredients. Very pleases. 1/2 way to my 10 - 12 I really want to lose this month.
