Birthday Goal
Do you have a birthday goal? If so what is it? Is it realistic or is it far fetched? Is it a non scale goal or is it a weight goal? It doesn't even have to be anything to do with your health either... just a personal goal for your bday.
Mine is to be below 230lbs by my birthday November 17 so that would give me 2 months to lose 23 pounds. And i want my hair to grow an inch by then too

well considering my birthday is tommorow it would have to be for next years birthday which is to be super skinny (well not 95 lbs super skinny but skinner at 120 lbs which is where i was when i got pregnant 25 years ago.wheni did my initial assesment it wante me to be between 94 and 130 (94 being closer to where they say i should be) but i've always been told to go back as far to the last weight u actually felt happy and alive and for me that was around 120-130 which like i said i was from 7th grade til i got pregnant at age 22 (for basically 10 years)0

My birthday is October 9th so I only have a month! I'd like to get back comfortably into a pair of old trousers I have - they fit now but they feel slightly tight. I bought them in Santa Monica in 2003 from Abercrombie & Fitch! (i was 25 then, on holiday in the US). They're a US size 8. A UK 8 is a US 4, so it's nice to have some clothes with an 8 in the label
I also have a pair of Levis from around the same time that i'd like to fit properly, but I think 1 month might be a bit too optimistic!0 -
considering my bday is soon, my goal is to lose one more pound0

Well by the time my birthday comes, 16th July, I hope to have reached my goal a bit before then, and hope to be doing more with the weights and toning if anything.0

I finally hit 140 (I gained a whopping 7 effing pounds on vacation, a serious WTF) and yes, with the amount of alcohol I consume, it's possible. I just wasn't as active as I usually was with all the damned rain.
My 40th is Dec 19th, by the 1st, I want to be down to 130. 125 would be excellent, but I wan't it to be a healthy and strong 130.
My husband will be out of town a LOT for the next 2 months and that will help a LOT. Only good thing about his absence!0 -
I actually just made my Birthday goal today. My birthday is mid November and my goal is to be in the 180s (yes 189 counts!)0

My birthday is in just over 5 weeks. I have lots of goals to achieve by then, mainly because that's when I start to bulk.
Some might be quite a challenge, but I definitely think they're achievable or I wouldn't set them. Most are lifting goals, 1 is a size/body goal and none are weight goals.
Here they are:
- 1 proper pull up (palms facing outward)
- 100kg (220lbs) deadlift
- 60kg (132lb) bench
- 42.5kg (93lb) OHP
- 70kg (154lb) squat.
- Visible abs (even if it's just a little)0 -

Yea, that's my birthday too! By that time I hope I'm well into maintenance and I would like to have run at least one 5k by then.0 -
Yes I want to be out of the obese category by then especially as this is a landmark birthday (30th). Only a few more weeks to go and 9lb to lose.0

Yes! I have just over 10 weeks to burn 43,750 calories (About 13lbs!) =D Can't wait!
At the end of it, I should be a UK size 8 (a US 4?)
My one is very, very realistic and I'm comfortable with it - I'm eating a number of calories which I'm comfortable with (I used to have an eating disorder) and I've got a workout timetable which I am also very comfortable with. Now, the only thing I'm not comfortable with is the idea of hitting the dreaded plateau! But let's see, hopefully 10 weeks is a good time frame before I do actually plateau. Is it me or does the word plateau look/sound weird now? =S0
