Homemade Frozen Meals?

Hi all,
So as much as I try to "be good" and make lunch every day, sometimes I just really don't feel like it. My current fall back is tuna, crackers, relish "Lunch-to-go" packages. Not the best, but not the worst.
But ideally, I'd like to make a few "frozen meals" that I can just heat up when I'm not in the mood to prep before.
However, DH is adamantly against frozen dinners - so does anyone know what I can make and freeze from home? Like what will last weeks to a month before being eaten?
I really like cheese, pasta, rice, catfish, tilapia, shrimp, chicken, tuna, etc for lunch. I aim for around 300-350 calories. For veggies, I don't really like onions, bell peppers, or spicy peppers.
So any thoughts as to what I can put together in one container, freeze, and forget until needed? I'd like to avoid any extra prep on it...
Thanks!

Homemade fried rice with lots of veggies (any asian food from one pan, really).
Homemade curries with rice.
Dutch "stamppot" (cooked potatoes mashed with cooked veggies with any red meat and little bit of gravy)
Pasta with meat, vegetables and sauce0 -

I always make large batches of chili or different low calorie soups and then put them in 1.5 cup plastic bowls and freeze them. They range between 200-300 calories a bowl and they are quick and easy grabs when I am in a hurry or don't have a meal planned. eatingwell.com has some great low calorie soup recipes that freeze nicely.0

Thanks everyone! I forgot about soup, since it's been SO hot lately! That'll be on my list to try after we get below 60 deg every day.
Anyone else have more to add??0 -

Almost anything you can make in a casserole freezes and reheats extremely well. So do all soups, stews and sauces.0

QUINOA BURGERS!!! I make them up, and put them in gallon-sized freezer bags. They nuke just fine! I normally eat about 2/day...high in protein and really good flavor. Here's the recipe...
