Just wanted to share with MFP. I've now lost 5 stone and I feel really good for doing so. There is still a long way to go, but I'm getting there slowly and surely. But people have really started to comment now which is really good for confidence levels!

    I don't know how much 5 stone is but congrats to you, you look great. I've lost 40 pounds in the past 4 months and I haven't heard a word. I do know that when you are a manatee (me) not you it really takes a while for people to notice. I myself have a hard time noticing weigh loss on very large people so I completly understand. I'm just gonna keep on doing what I'm doing.. Good luck in your continued success.

    1 stone is 14lb so he's lost 70lb. And you can really tell the difference, well done!

    Thanks guys. I am so glad I've been taking photos because it's so much easier to see when you compare them side by side.

    donado01, don't loose faith. Sometimes people don't feel they can comment and sometimes it's fair to say that people don't notice. I get more comments from people who don't see me everyday.

    Jennical, I haven't written anything in ages and I am by no means a professional! I do like to write though. But am a web developer by profession!
