Best magazine for where I'm at now...

I'm focusing on losing weight and strength training (not "muscle building"). There seem to be quite a few health and fitness magazines you can subscribe to out there. Does anyone have a recommendation? I guess I'm mainly looking for motivation, exercise routines, some recipes, and I do like to see some active wear and fitness ads (or favorites/suggestions from trainers).

Have you looked at the Weight Watchers magazine? It might fit the bill even though you're not on WW.0

My wife used to subscribe to Women's Health, and got some helpful tips from there. Give that magazine a try!0

I have read them all at some point, Fitness Magazine, I have found to be the most useful, however, if you really want to get serious about lifting and eating clean, Oxygen Magazine. As far as magazines for good light recipes, Eating Well magazine is chock full of seasonal recipes, nutrition info clearly laid out, it reminds me of Cooking Light when it first came out before it got bogged down with advertisement. Look at the website first www.eatingwell.com to see if anything speaks to you. Best wishes!0
