    I think you look great in both photos, but well done on your progress! You look very fit and healthy now. (I must admit, I can't imagine where another 7.5 kg would come from based on that second photo!)

  • You look great!!! Well done to you! And honestly, I don't think you should be losing any more weight ... you look absolutely perfect on photo #2! You might look a bit too thin if you go down any further. Now you look fit and healthy.

    Without trying to sound like a perv you looked great before too well done. I wouldn't go seeking lower numbers or you might start looking too thin. Well done though!

  • Honestly, I think weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise. I exercise nearly every day because I love doing it and it burns calories. I've always exercised but it wasn't until I changed my diet that I started losing weight. I only really eat fruit, vegetables, fish, eggs, chicken and a few occasional snacks (protein bars, popcorn).
