What I do for my daily refeeds on fasting is something like this- 1.5 cups of brown rice, 2 pork chops cut or 1 8oz chicken breast cut, 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 Banana or piece of fruit, and Asparagus and/or broccoli
This work for me seeing how I consumer my daily calories from 2-4pm. The calories for a similar meal is around 900-1250 depending on what meats you use and your fruit/beverage choices.0 -
