So excited this morning _ 50 days into my journey and almost 13 pounds lost. Very emotional moment since I haven't been this active in decades. It was frightening to even start exercising at home let alone when I went to my first kickboxing class. But I'm doing it and seeing results. Starting weight : 200 Current weight: 187.6

    You are doing fantastic! I just left the 190's recently as well! Started at 200.0, like you and this morning I weighed in at 188.2! I have been at this journey for 3 months now.....but this time I am seeing it through to the end! Congrats on your loss! I'm in your corner!
