    congrats. I just fell from the 20's to 18's. I am happy to be in the teens!

    Me, too! Was bumming yesterday . . . It's so confusing figuring out where I really am. What numbers to trust. So I went to Talbots and started trying on clothes and size 12 it was.

    AWESOME!!!! Thank you, I feel for the first time in my life I have this under control....Been going for over a month, and have yet to get deterred even by the biggest screwups :) I had to learn to quit looking at the little calories, and look at the big picture of things going on with my body :)
