good recipes for white radishes.........

    The big ones? They're used extensively in a lot of Korean recipes. You can shred the radishes and some carrots and add a rice vinegar dressing to make a salad. Simmer them in sweetened soy sauce to make a side dish. Add chunks of them to stews. I don't have specific recipes, but you can probably find some.
