hi, im allie...new to this....am irish but live in UK for 2 yrs...had an accident at work and had back surgery and so gained so much weight...have been using MFP for 1 week and lost 2lb so im well happy. im a student nurse so really need to shift the lbs. plus my mum is getting married next june so i dont wanna be the fattie bum bum walikng up the aisle in a custom made tent (bridesmaid dress). i started at 225.5lbs and am currently 223.5lb....wow hefty eh....i wanna be about 140lb so quite a lot to loose. obviously i no i most likely wont loose it all by june but if i could loose a good bulk of it id be well happy...
please feel free to add me...i need all the encouragement i can get...
