Getting enough water whilst working?

I usually drink around three litres of water a day, to stop my skin breaking out and to avoid feeling bloated.
However, I've just started working part time as a waitress/bartender on nights, and I don't want to drink as much as I find I'm constantly needing the toilet (... which is obviously not convenient in a busy restaurant!).
Any ideas how I can get enough water in and not need the toilet as much?
My skin is a mess considering I've done three days without water now
Thanks!

I just went back to work, as well. Since I'm a teacher I do not have the liberty of going to the bathroom whenever I please. What I've been doing is timing my water. If I know I have a break in my class schedule coming up, I'll start drinking water 45 minutes before. Hope this advice helps!0
