Need help with Nutritional Values!

I just joined today and I've realised my diet isn't as healthy as I thought it was. I can't get my fat intake anywhere near the recomended amount. Is there anything healthy I could eat that has fat in it? Also any quick snack that has a good few calories as I'm finding it hard to reach the target for daily calories. I don't eat bread. Any suggestions would really help!

Ha ha man I wish I had that problem!! But yeah you can't go wrong with a handfull of nuts0

Avocado, nuts, full fat dairy (cheeses, yogurts, milk, cottage cheese), olive oil drizzled on salads, higher fat protein sources (bacon, red meats, dark meat poultry), and nut butters are all good choices for upping fat intake.
Edit: I forgot to add whole eggs which are delicous and quick!0 -
