TO ALL MY C-SECTION MOMS

OK...sooooooooo. After 2 c-sections i feel like my fat has turned into to fat lumps instead of one giant one. Any exercise ideas to get that back to flat and toned ????

    I've had 3 (the last one 9 years ago). Cardio to lose the weight, heavy weight lifting (especially deadlifts and squats) to define.

    There are no spot-specific remedies.

    I have two kids both delivered by c-section ages 3 and 2. I just started doing weights and P90X Ad Ripper X and have gone down 5 1/2 in just a month. It's not flat but on it's way!! We will do this good luck!! :-)

    I've had 2 c-sections as well. The most recent being 9 months ago.

    I assume you are talking about your abs, one exercise I like for the lower abs is the leg raise. It really gets your lower abs, which always seem to be the problem after kids! Cardio will shed fat overall which helps too.

    I am coming back from a c-section and am smaller now than I was before I was pregnant. Try laying on the floor and grabbing a chair or someone's legs and then pull your legs up. I have been doing some Tae Bo, walking, and I ride horses. Also, try massage because that will help break up that scar tissue. Fair warning, things are going to hurt as that scar tissue breaks loose but it is totally normal! Hope this helps, feel free to message me and I can try to give you a few more ideas ;)

    I've had 5 c-sects (and large babies) and it seems the more weight I lose the lower the skin sags over my scar. It's horrible!
    So I have no idea but will be watching this thread with interest!
    I have noticed my belly is firming up under the skin though, I've been doing the crunches from 30DS by themselves "extra" during the day- crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches etc.
