Pounds lost in a month?

I know everyone fluctuates with how much weight they lose a month, however I am curious.
I have been averaging about 5lbs a month. I would prefer more, but will take what I can get.

What is your average?

Thanks!

That's about same for me. Gotta love having a broken metabolism....

GRUMBLE GRUMBLE... :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:

I'll take what I can get as well though, it's another pound you never have to see again, right?

3 to 5. My best month was 7 but I was super hardcore that month. I feel good with anywhere from 3-5 but ANY loss I'll take.
  • Yes, that is what gets me through this. I also remind me whatever the loss is that I never have to see that number again.

I have been averaging about 2-5 pounds per month.
  • Thanks everyone, I am glad I am not the minority and others are going through the same thing.

I lost 19 pounds my first month but it's slowing now, which I expected since I would've been shocked (but happy) if I could keep losing about 20 pounds a month. This is my second month so we'll see what happens. As of right now, it looks like it will be about 4 or 5 pounds.

I also go at an average of 4-5 lbs. My best was 8lbs (2 lbs a week is my goal but all our bodies are different). All I can say is, Patience. Take it bit by bit. We're all getting there!
