........I should weigh nothing in about a year!

Seriously, I'm glad to have found this place. I'm actually looking to lose about another 25 pounds while building a little muscle mass.
At 47 years old, it's time to shape up or..........well you know the rest :-)

I'm from Tavistock, Ontario Canada!

    don't get too excited, this is just the honeymoon. the weight loss will slow down and it will test your will power and dedication. stick with it though and you can achieve great things!

    I hear you. The plan is to stick with and maintain, when I get to where I'm going.

    Hi P. lol. I sure hope you don't keep that rate up for a year. What can I say. The first couple of weeks a lot of the weight lost is water. I think you will probably not keep losing at that rate but if you do (it IS easier for men who natually have more muscle mass) at some point you'll have to add more food and figure out a maintainance plan. good luck to you.
