Don't sway from your goals. Don't let anyone make you feel bad about it.....ever. You have plenty of support here....but also there are people who hate others being determined to do something more. Don't let them sway you from this.

Everyone needs support at some time, otherwise I'm sure most of us would have given up. I know I would have if not for my wonderful group of friends :) Without them I would not have just completed 10km run around the park :)
  • Start small and slowly work towards your goal. Keep them realistic and look for either work out programs that offer child care, or the mommy and me work out classes. If you have any game consoles, there are lots of work out programs on them too. It is hard being a single mom and trying to get into shape. I was without my hubby for 9 months while on deployment and I had my 2 year old and my 10 month old. That was a few years back and I was slowly able to do it, they spent some time in the gym day care but they had fun. I lost 75 pounds. I gained everything back with my third child, and have taken a very long time to get back onto the exercise and dieting schedule. But a recent admission into the hospital and finding that my blood pressure and sugar levels were too high was a huge wake up call!! I don't want these problems in my 30's, as a matter of fact, not at all. But of course, the choice is only mine. If I can do it, I know that you can.
