Hey everyone, I found out last week that i suffer from IBS - Mainly brought on by milk and yogurts. I really dont know what to eat healthy for breakfast without cereal and low calorie yogurts as my snacks as both these things really helped me loose weight before. If anyone had any advice i would really appreciate it. Thank you !!!

Are you sure it's really IBS? That sounds more like lactose intolerance. If it is, you could always try things like Lactaid before eating anything with dairy in it.
My IBS is stress-triggered, so I'm not sure what to tell you on the diet front.
ETA: I can't drink straight milk either so give soy or almond a try, perhaps?0 -
I suffer from IBS but mine is mainly from gluten so my usual breakfast is gluten free bread with a couple slices of lean ham and either grilled tomatoes or balsamic mushrooms or a poached egg and spinach.0
