Hello all, my name is Maggie and I live in Hampshire U K. I'm retired and so is my husband.. I stopped smoking 3 years ago and the weight piled on so here I am looking for support on here. Please feel free to add me as a friend. Together we can do this :laugh:

    Hello. Im new here too, im on day 6 and only figured out you can have friends etc.

    Im 24 (my birthdays this month so nearly 25) i live in North Wales, not to far from Chester though.

    I have a 2 year old son., but im here due to lazyness and overeating if im honest haha.

    So ive pulled myself together and doing something about it. so far so good. im determined to loose all my flabby fat !!
