Last Stone - Hardest Stone to Lose!

Hi All,

just wondering if any one can help me! i am on a mission to lose another 14 pounds after already shredding 36 pounds!
my weight loss has gone so slow over the last few weeks and i may need a boost!
im looking on losing a stone by the end of october!!

has anyone got any tips on how to do this and what should i do at the gym i do tend to go 5x a week! but because i have been doing the same routine i think my body has got use to this!

if you could post comments with tips on what to exercise at the gym, the main area is my tummy and toning up thighs.

    I am feeling your pain I have lost 33lbs so far but now I am not dropping any longer but I will say my size and shape has gone down, love the non scale victory.

    keep positive and keep going, ask yourself if your still giving the same effort s you did at the start

    lost nearly 3 stone, Ive another 1 1/2 to go and they wont budge, I'm just about to start the 30 day shred and hope that will help me, Ive no idea why I cant even move 1 more lb, I've been stuck here for a cpl months now, I'm hoping the change in routine will help me, however, even thou my weight is stuck I have lost inches so thats keeping me motivated.
