10 week challenge B&A photos!

Hi guys,

These are my before and after photos from my 10 week challenge - I ended up with 2 weeks off (Weeks 7 and 9) and Weeks 8 and 10 were limited cardio due to respiratory issues, but my results were fantastic!

    Oh my goodness Lynxie, you look incredible. Check out your arms and neck - you look like you've lost tonnes there. Your tummy, waist, thighs - wow, just wow!!! You should be so proud, you've done an amazing job!!!!
