i have 60 lbs to go please help

im stuck at 180 and nothing seems to be working...someone motivate me and tell me what i should do

  • Did you try switching up your exercise routine? Or add more intensity to each work out?

  • Try dropping your calories by 500 a day. This will create a 3500 calorie a week deficit, translating to 1 pound a week fat loss. It is working for me. Good luck!
