New job, new schedule, new diet! Help???

Just want to drop about 15 lbs or so before Halloween. Gotta get the "Revenge Body" in shape. It just gets so hard when I'm working 12 hours a day. I usually don't leave work until 7:00 p.m. and it's hard to go to they gym after that with no dinner, but dinner after the gym at 8:30 or later cannot be good. And I know that if I go home first, I am NOT making it back out. Any ideas???

    whats ur morning like. Maybe cardio/workout early in the am. Or if you get like a hour lunch take 30 min and hit up the stairclimber.

    I work 12 hour shifts and on the days when I work, I go to the gym before I work. Sounds crazy but it gives me the energy I need to get through the day. I just go to bed pretty early. The gym I go to is open 24 hours. If that isn't an option there are a bunch of exercises (DVD's, running, etc) that could be done at home before work
