Is there a way to not add in your excurse calories to your food chart? I started biking as my primary mode of transportation and I don’t want to add those calories to my food. I looked in FAQ but did not see anything

Just don't put it down. You don't add, it won't add.

Thanks. I’ll just wait till the end of the day, so it’s still in there but not messing me up throughout the day.
  • You can do a few things. 1) as you already thought of, log it as the last thing everyday. 2) Change your settings to show more activity as part of your daily life ie: go from seditary setting to active setting. 3) log your biking but where you see the calories, change the number to 1 (i'm not sure it will let you log 0).

When I want to keep track of exercise but not have the calories show up in the food portion of the diary, I manually enter the exercise information in the notes section at the bottom of the exercise page. That allows me to keep track of the minutes/calories associated with exercise, but not have them show up in my food cals.
