I will start (I have two of them)

Stepbrothers - Will Ferrell and John Reilly are arguing the night their parents announce the seperation.
Will storms off and starts banging on John's drums.
John goes ballistic and charges into the drum room (this is the funny part). John grabs one of the cymbols and smashes Will in the head, dropping him like a stone.
I had to rewind it three times.

The second (and funniest)
There's someting about Mary - Matt Dillon is talking to Mary's brother and tries a magic trick where he pulls a ball from behind Warren's ear. Warren reacts by punching Matt in the throat.
I actually hit the floor on that one.

    I thought the part where he snapped himself with the condom while trying to put it on was about the funniest thing I've ever seen!

    Just about anything with Russel Brand in it, the beginning of "Arthur" was especially funny.
