newbie here :)

Hi everyone! I am a stay at home mom to 2 of the best kids in the world! I am 28 and live in Ohio.

I have always been active and fit when I was younger.... once I graduated highschool I slowly put on the pounds! I was in a very stressful corperate job for 9 years until I said enough already! I needed to focus on my children, husband and of course me!

So ive been out of school almost 10 years 2kids later and I am almost 100lbs heavier then I was when I was 18! I have tried and failed everything. What actually got me started was a book I was reading, the main character's friend was a health nut... and something just clicked! I'm glad it did!

I am currently counting calories and being more active. Simple and effective!

So there's my introduction... hi everyone :)

  • Hi I'm new too, I actually saw a post from a couple of years ago and it interested me so I joined up! I've lost the weight and a bit more than I needed to over the past 2 years through Zumba, Hillwalking and running. I even became a Zumba instructor. Fitness has become a huge part of my life and it takes commitment and dedication to reach your goals and stay there. Good luck with your own goals :-)
