    I have some good friends for support on here - but always love to have more.

    SW: 164 (still there and have been for about 6 months!)

    I want to acheive this weight loss by eating right and exercising not starving myself. I do the Insanity program and run. I think being in the older range definitely makes a difference dropping weight. Friend me if we are twins!
