    - lost 40 pounds, that was too thin, so I gained 10 back - that was too much, so...

    I know this doesn't fit the typical template of SW, CW, and GW... but I wanted to include this because goal weights change! You might set a goal and it might be too low or too high - listen to your body :)

    this is my third week and i was doing great , i had lost 6 pounds until this weekend when i gained 3 pounds back :-( , i didnt do so well with the calories and even worse did not exercise , that will teach me !!

    Debating on the goal weight. I know if I keep on going to the gym and keep on training after I stop the calorie deficit I'll go up in weight. I'm not at that point to care yet since I still want to lose another 20 pounds before deciding.
