I'm learning to live dairy free and would love some friends to join me on the journey.

    Me. I've had to give up dairy breastfeeding both of my kids. They both have a dairy protein allergy (whey and casin)

    well I'm almost dairy free. I still drink whey protein and occasionally eat cheese....when I eat pizza ! I did give up yogurt which I used to love.
