Would everyone please tell me what you think about my diary? Food choices, macros, sodium, sugar etc. Anything you got, give it to me. I am really starting to get overwhelmed by this. I am 5'7", 134 pounds, female.

If you know that you're not eating enough, I think you already know what you need to do. I'm doubtful anyone here would recommend a sub-1000 calorie per day diet regime as a healthy life choice, regardless of your weight goals.0 -
I hope you know that feeling like that is heading into eating disorder territory.....Im not saying you're there, but its a sign of an unhealthy relationship with food. You may want to think about seeing a counselor.0

You have 400 cals left to reach the minimum of what you should be eating. I stay around 1200 so I know it's not hard to get there. I would add more fiber like apples w/ greek yogurt, or maybe a heartier breakfast w/ eggs or toast. You can afford the carbs in a piece of toast and the protein of eggs. If you feel guilty about giving your body as many nutrients as possible while staying at a reasonable caloric goal, maybe you need to speak to someone. I wish you all the best

I used to be anorexic, and I hope I am not creeping back into that territory, but I am eating a TON more then I used to...0 -

You know you are undereating, and already know what you need to know.
What are you expecting people to suggest? No-one can help or advise if you aren't willing to override your fears and actually follow the advise.
You would be better off getting yourself a therapist, or seeing someone who specialises in eating disorders as it seems to me that although you might be eating more, you are still very much in an anorexic mindset.0 -

Agreed. You're absolutely not eating enough. 400 below target and not even up to 1200? Not so good. You could throw in a protein shake, low sugar high protein. Give your body the fuel it needs. You deserve it, and your body will function better.0 -
I'd be over the moon if I was 5'7 and 134lbs. It sounds like a healthy weight to me.0

Your height and weight are in line with your age. You should NOT be on a diet.
What exactly do you feel guilty about after you eat? I agree with the other poster that said that is eating disorder territory.
Please, do not be on a diet, eat healthy. That is all you need to do as an 18 year old girl. Just eat clean as you can and get exercise.
You do not need to lose weight.0 -

Trust me when I say, when you are 40 you are going to be all like, OMG I can not believe I thought I was fat when I was 18.
If you feel fat, then lift weights and run but eat eat eat! And then eat some more.
What is going on now is you are either full blown anorexic or getting there. Your brain is telling you that you are fat and nothing will ever be good enough. I have actually had girls look at me, pull up their shirt and say see this fat? As the pinch their stomach. It is amazing to me that they have no idea that it is SKIN, not fat.
If you find that you brain is not allowing you to eat more, please reach out to someone that is in recovery from an Eating Disorder and ask them for help if you are not willing to go to the dr about it.
This is very common, especially among girls your age and in the fitness community. I am 108 lbs and wear either a 2 or a 0 and I swear I can look at myself and see fat on me. I have to make a big time effort to make sure that I tell myself that my brain will lie to me and that I look fantastic and eating is my friend.
Starting this, this early in your life can be extremely dangerous. It can lead to organ failure. It also has major ramifications to the actual appearance of your body such as your skin tone and hair falling out. You would not noticed that because you would be so focused on "being fat".
How about you try to up your calories to between 1400 and 1500 per day and see how that goes. I promise you will not gain weight. Add some nuts, sweet potatoes or other healthy fats to your diet and you will notice a world of difference. I bet, people even begin to notice a change in your appearance simply because you are getting enough nutrition.
Take care and remember, good guys do not like girls that are to skinny and look sick.0 -

I wish I could get myself to know that I am at an OK weight, but my mind is stubborn! I am on anti-depressents, but I am still depressed. I REALLY hate my body and wish I looked better!
But I still feel so fat and squishy!

Phew, you have a lot of carbs going on! I would suggest kicking up the protein a bit, and if you can increase the non-processed foods that would help. I assume you are vegetarian, in which case increase the cheeses maybe, add in nuts as a snack?0

Really? I have been told multiple times that that amont is fine for me.0 -
I do not get it, you ask for advice then have all the reasons not to follow it.
Are you looking for advice or attention? Cause it really looks like you do not want the advice.
My suggestion to you would be to, eat more, exercise and have fun being a teenager. Delete your MFP account and start living your life and having fun. You do not need to lose weight, period.
I am NOT trying to hurt your feelings here dear, I am trying to help you get a life that you deserve. Not one of pain and suffering because you CHOOSE it.0 -

I didn't give any reasons not to follow it, I just said it is difficult for me to, and would love if I could get the support to overcome it. Personally, I really want to be left alone, but a friend of mine said I should get help, so that is why I made this thread. Sorry if I sounded like an idiot.0 -
I see ED written all over this! You should prob get some therapy0

Several people here said you should get help.
You have a history of an eating disorder.
Get help. Don't wait.0 -
I agree you don't need to be on a diet. You don't need to cut calories.
If your main complaint is you feel "squishy" then my guess is you maybe you would feel better if you gained more muscle tone and definition. I've heard over and over that you can't build muscle on a calorie deficit. What you would need to reach that goal would be to eat extra calories mostly in protien and lift weights.
However, I highly doubt with your past eating disorder you can really do that. No matter what you read here your mind (maybe even subcociously) is telling you not to eat and until you break through that, you won't succeed.
Honey, you post questions like this 2-3 times a week, I really think you need to talk to someone so you DON'T slip back into your old habits b/c I see it coming. I have a good friend and an aunt who battle with ED and if this were one of them acting like this I'd tell them the same thing. Are you in collge? The Counseling center on campus should be able to help you and if you battled this before and beat it you know, no on is judging you. We know it's hard and we want you to be healthy and happy.0 -

You get help by going to see a dr, not as a question on the internet. We are not doctors, we can not help you with what is going on inside that head of yours.
Making this post does NOT = getting help. And after reading that you do this several times a week, I assume you are indeed seeking attention.
Go see a dr If you are still in highschool, your school guidance counselor can point you in the right direction. If you are by chance, in college, they do offer things to help with this on campus. GO FIND REAL HELP!
I am a recovering alcoholic. I got sober by GOING TO AA, and meeting with my sponsor and working the steps so I could get better. I did not get sober by being in the throws of my disease, asking for advice on the internet. I did what I must do to save my life, as so should you.0
