Wow, great question. I love them all. I will go all original and pick a German delicacy called Head cheese, made from hog's head meat. In the southern US, we call it Souse loaf and it's similar to Head cheese. Next time you are at the deli, ask for a sample. Not all carry it.

Loved deli roast beef and smoked turkey. past-tense because after tracking here on MFP I realized how much sodium is in those deli meats....anyone ever find a low salt alternative?
