Losing weight with PCOS

I've heard from multiple people that with PCOS taking vitamins will help with the weight loss. It seems no matter how much I diet or exercise, I can't seem to lose much. So, I've googled and found varying results. What vitamin is it that is suggested? I know it's of the B group but I'm not sure which one will help the most.

You should definitely do a multi vitamin. I also take vitamin c, vitamin d, b complex vitamin and i also do some supplements through herbalife. I also have pcos, 11 years! What kind of diet are you following? Could be a reason for the stall, our bodies do not process like most people, could be part of the problem!
Let me know if you'd like some advice0 -
I took Angus castus and vitamin b6 when my pcos was at it's worst. I'm now on metformin so don't need it. Try talking to a herbalist, they should be able to help.0
