19, Looking to get Navy Strong and Fit

Hello MFP World.
I'm not new to the site but this is a new account. I'm 19 years old and I've been yo-yo dieting and struggling with body image issues since about the eighth grade. I've recently lost 20+ lbs using MFP and got back to my beginning senior year weight. I've been in accidental maintenance for a couple of months now. I created a new account to start fresh on this part of my journey.
And this chapter includes Tapout XT for the next 90 days. I would like to learn to stay committed (one of my biggest flaws) and make it to the end and to a brand new Navy-strong body. I'm joining soon and I want to be fitter and outrun all of the men at bootcamp. What can I say, I dream big. :laugh:
