Lunchtime workout advice

Any advice on how to go back to work after a workout and not continuously sweat? I tried yesterday by showering and making sure I dried completely but it didnt seem to do anything.
I may have to avoid these in the future but was hoping anyone had a secret to share

Do less intense cardio, or do strength training, and give yourself enough time to cool down. I workout 5 days/week at lunch, but only workout for 30 minutes max to give myself some time to cool down (20 minutes prior to going back to work)0

^This. Also, I make my showers cold. I'll start off slightly warm and turn it down as I go. Usually chills my body and keeps me cold for the rest of the day.0 -

And give your body a chance to cool down before you shower. If I hop in the shower right away, it doesn't matter how much cold water I endure, as soon as I get out I turn right back into a sweaty mess.0

i usually will take a little walk before heading back to the office, i find it allows my heart rate to get back to normal, also, the cold shower thing!0

Might consider no impact / aerobic stretching and balancing like simple yoga-type exercises. Will warm your muscles up, get the blood flowing but not racing0

I always get my workouts in at lunch and return to work sweaty. I wash my face and get changed back into my work clothes. I may look bad for the afternoon but at least I looked good in the morning before my lunch time run, plus saved myself some time to spend with my daughter after work!
The way I look at it is, it's well worth it!0 -
A small $10 fan.
I run at lunch, shower and start sweating by the time I get to my desk. With the use of a very small fan though and I am good after about ten minutes.0 -

Great idea.. also when changing out of your work clothes just be naked for a few extra minutes! lol..it helps!0 -

This exactly! I change back into my work clothes all sweaty but it's either that, or no working out. I look way better sweaty and skinny.0 -
i just go back to my desk red faced and still hot even after a shower. some people look at me weird, but i'd rather have red cheeks then be fat. don't let it be an excuse to skip working out. for me it's the best time of day to train. after work i'm sluggish and slow, and in the morning i'm not warm enough yet. take advantage.
i think i may invest in a desk fan though, good call. only other suggestion is to keep a small ice pack (like the ones for your lunch box) in the break room freezer and hold it on your neck when you get back to your desk. that should help bring your temp back down.0
