Hey- I joined MFP two years ago and have had a baby since then (this past April actually!) and so I am back at it again trying to get some baby weight OFF!!

Hoping to find some fellow Canadians to connect with, and encourage each other!

=o)))

I'm in Nova Scotia, 30, 3 kids...yada...=o)

    Hi,
    I'm just starting mfp. Mother of 2 boys. Hoping to loose 30-40 lbs.
    Going to get on my treadmill today, stay positive and keep going.

    I'm Canadian, I live in Ontario but I'm from Nova scotia. Orginally from the eastern shore area. We had to move for my husbands work. I'm 34 with 4 kids. I'm trying to increase my fitness level and drop some bofy fat in the process.

    Yes I am Canadian and very proud of it. I am also a maritimer. Came from a military family and married military. Now reside in Ontario however. Never lost my down home accent . Everyone thinks I am a Newfie and I can go with that too!!! Got to love it. It is really nice to chat with others no matter where your from right. Great sight ay. Take care love and welcome.

    Cool! We lived in Halifax for 5 yrs (actually my husband is from there!)
    Small world!

    Oh and yes, I don't care if every person I talk to is Canadian LOL- just like to see if there are some other Maritimers out there =o)
