Not including your daily exercise would you say we are sedentary or lightly active. I am thinking lightly active due to the running around and the chores ad such. However there is lots of sitting and reading. Or sitting and coloring. Or sitting and watching a cartoon with the little ones. What do you put for your activity level?

I use to be very lazy..... not going to lie! I would clean and care for my kids and that's it..... now I have finally found my motivation and being more active at home! I have an exetremely clean house lol also I have been doing exercises.. I keep moving. Unless I'm into a really good book... I'm the type that has to read until its finished lol0
