Acai Berry (for the anti-toxin assistance)
Green Tea (for the anti-toxin assistance and some natural caffiene to boost metabolism)
I also drink Monster Java Lo-balls (Love my coffee plus all the B's for energy)

Being chronic anemic (yes, I take iron too and hate it) and working nights for many years these are my supporters that have helped me maintain functionability both mentally and physically.

My husband and I take AdvoCare products and supplements. Advocare is all about core nutrition and core strength. They are by far the best products we have ever found. They have brought tremendous results to myself and everyone that has tried it.

I have never heard of that one. What about supergreens which I use in my protein shake. I also use B12 drops in the morning.

I've been taking sublingual High Potency B-12 2500 mcg and I have never felt better!!
  • I take B vitamin suppliment including B12 as well. I was really tired for a while before my pregnancy 2 years ago and didn't know why. I found out during my bloodwork I was low in B12 and have beem taking it ever since. It's helped alot, I have so much more energy. I'm curious how common that is since a couple others also mentioned B12.

You can't take too many B vitamins since your body flushes out anything extra. (It's not harmfull like getting too much vitamin A)

I also take Udo's oil as a fatty acid supplement. In our modern diets its almost impossible to get enough Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids. The oils we eat are refined too much

    Thank you
for all your replies. I am still on the trial and error stage. I just moved here in the States and the supplements that I had back in my country are mostly not here. I mostly have mild anemia so yeah Betty I know what you mean. I currently take the following daily:

    iron - 650mg
    cod liver oil
    super B complex
    green tea
    ginseng capsules
Pharmaton (being sent from abroad as it is not being sold here -SUCKS)
    vitamin C - 1000mg
    vitamin E

Crazy!!! And my husband's added more. Looks like I am taking 20-30 tablets a day...

And maybe, it's the birth control pill that's making me feel sluggish. Or maybe the winter? Who knows! I just don't feel the best lately and I am getting depressed because I am usually hyper and happy.

Has anyone of you used Metabothin? My brother is a fitness instructor and he swears by it.

What is Advocare? And how much does it cost?b

Advocare is top quality products that are safe and NCAA approved as well. There are different product lines designed to help each person individually where they are focusing. There is a "trim" line, "active" line, "well" line, "performance elite" line, and the "definite difference" line.
