Can't believe Im saying this.....but......uuuuuuugggghhh....I'M IN.....I HATE SQUATS ( they are my Kryptonite)..however I need to step out of my conformt zone...I get out of class at 8:30...soooo I will do a set before Insanity.....pause...do a set and then last after Insanity..will def update!!0
