Hi,
Just joined tonight and am looking for friends to help me with this life long struggle. I have heard great things about MFP and after trying everything else I said "Girl..this has to be it!"

    I have been using MFP for a month and love it. It truly helps me stay focused and the future weight loss goal helps me as well. I have lost 34 lbs but have a loooonnnnggg way to go (130 more) but I am dedicating this year to do and I truly believe I can. good luck with your journey.
