90 Day Personal Challenge

I played college football about 6 years ago. I was an offensive line and could eat anything that I set my eyes on because of the time I spent exercising and working out if was awesome. However, now that I don't play a competitive sport I am finding it much harder to keep my weight down. Right now I am 6'4" and 350lbs with an athletic build. I am pushing my self to do a 90-day body transformation. It's going to be tough, but would love all the support that I can get!

    I used to play soccer when i was in school, after high school and post sports.. the weight came on and off like no other until it was just always ON! Ive just started my own personal weight loss challege. Good Luck with your journey, feel free to add me.

    Good luck to you. If you don't have a challenge in mind look for a local Crossfit program- they kick butt!
