OH Greek yogurt, you are so tasty...
Its so yummy, but I try so hard to not be hasty.
It has the perfect texture, I put it in my mouth and let it slide down ....
Oh Greek yogurt you come in convienent packs I will carry you ALL around town...
Blue Berry, vanilla, and honey... Just so many flavors.. Some days, I just CANT decide which one to savor..
You are fat free and it makes me cheer with MIGHT!!!!

I hate yogurts and have been avoiding them for years. My nutritionist said I could just replace them by milk or cheese.

If you are new to Greek Yogurt, be sure to stir it up real well after you open it.
That makes it nice and creamy, yum.

My new favorite is to take the Fage ones, with the separate side of fruit topping attched, and scoop some of the yogurt goodness onto the spoon, then scoop that into the fruit topping so you have the perfect balance of delicious Greek yogurt and fruit topping!! Delicious!!0

So I went to buy my first greek yogurt today. Holly carp! There was so many different brands and kind!!!! I almost froze in the aisle trying to decide which one to pick.
Ended up choosing Stonyfield organic OIKOS vanilla. 80 calories, 11g protein, 8g sugar (can't do sweeteners, hate the taste and they make me sick) and 0g fat. Seemed like a good choice as the other one were quite high in calories (I was looking for something under 100 calories).
So, greek yogurt fans, which brand / kind do you prefer??0 -
I eat Oikos the most, but chiboni, has some really tasty ones also, fage I eat the honey, so yummy and yoplait just came out with their 100 calorie greek and I have to say it's very very good and less sugar and carbs than the others. YUM YUM, chow down0
