Greek Yogurt is THE BEST! I have it every morning with some Kashi cereal in it
Me too!! I also add blueberries to mine.
I had tried it before and didn't like it, then I tried it a few months later and did. Go figure.:laugh:0 -
I can't eat greek yogurt plain, but add some fruit and it's delicious. I have it most mornings with oats and fruit. Also a snack sometimes with whatever fruit (or applesauce) is available. It's a staple in diet.0

Here's a great recipe for you to try for a great high protien pancake
2 Tablespoons greek yogurt (I use vanilla)
2 Tablespoons oat bran
1 packet splenda (optional)
1 egg white
In a small bowl mix first three ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk egg white until frothy. Pour into yogurt mixture and mix well. Pour into non stick skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown. Flip and repeat. Delish all by itself! and only 99 calories, 1.5 g fat, 17.5 g carbs, 3 g fiber, 4.2 g sugar(with splenda), 8.8 g protien
