Panicked...help!!!

So I'm a cardio junky, but that's not going to help me here. I'm getting married on October 11th, exactly 30 days from today, and my arms need some serious work. Is it even possible to buff up/tone up/muscle up in just 30 days? Anyone done it? Any suggestions?

LIFT WEIGHTS. If you have an iphone download Nike Training Club. They have workouts just for your arms. You will probably need to do it everyday or every other day to be successful.0

If you can get a personal trainer even for a few session or for them month because they will really push you so you can see results.0

Just do what you can, exercise is always good idea but don't go overboard.
And don't waste your time and energy worrying about things that you won't remember years from now and that no-one but you will be aware of on the day. You're making a lifetime commitment to a lovely man in front of the people you care about - enjoy the planning, enjoy the day, you'll look SO beautiful that no one is going to even notice that you have arms!0 -
I agree with Rubybelle. Don't stress out about it now, there are probably other things you should be concerned with so close to the date.0

Not sure why you're panicked. From your photos you look beautiful, arms & all. But like the others said, weights are the way to go if you want to tone up. Good luck & Congrats!0

Use the bicep and tricep machines at the gym and use as much weight as you can lift around 8 times, but not 10-12 (as in, if your life depended on it, you couldn't do one more rep). Rest and try it again to make sure that your muscles are completely spent. Remember that the one that hurts/burns is the one that counts the most! Or do push ups and bicep curls, use a gallon of milk a bag of books or whatever you have, at home. This will take longer, but do these to failure as well. Do this every other day and yes, you will see great results in a month.
P.s. Your arms do look good though! Not muscly, but shapely and nice. I thought you had the flap on the bottom going on since you were panicked!0 -
Strength workouts are great but just be aware that this can alter how your dress fits. If you work up your arms, then this can work out your shoulders and upper back.0

Thank you all for your advice and encouragement! It's much appreciated! :-)0
