hello my name is carolyn, I am a junk food junkie and would really like to change that. I just bought a new treadmill and stared walking on it. I also just started lifting weights (5lbs dumbbells) I have no energy, give me some ideas of food and exercise to help me get this weight off.:frown: :frown:

I'm the same way. Love the junk food!! I just start to watch what I eat more and also been trying exercise more. I got a Wii for christmas and have been trying to work out on that. I found its easier to work out on when it does seem like you are. The Wii its more fun then work.0
