I just recently changed my activity level to lightly active as I walk quite a bit to get to class every day. According to my fitbit I walk between 6-10K steps daily. Do you guys think this would be counted as lightly active?
I just don't want to have it on a level too high and eat too much
thanks ya'll!

To avoid uncertainty, I usually call mine a sedentary level, then log all daily activities like walking, standing in the bus, etc so that I have an accurate count of the calories I burn. Then I subtract the required deficit from those calories and eat.
you could try it. avoids suspicion of eating more!
Good luck

You certainly aren't sedentary.
Try lightly active for a month and see how you go - this isn't an exact science!0 -
thanks! Thats the reassurance I needed
