    Had a rough day? I never sleep until at least 3Am my time (12:34 now).

    yeh hi...try some lavender next time you cant worked a treat on me.....except for the night after the gym i was too sore. ask why you may not be able to sleep are you stressed ? take time out to have some fun .have a bedtime routine dinner bath bed no tv ect. and if all else fails go on itunes theres a sleep app from andrew johnson which works a treat. good luck
