    Look for Water aerobics, water calisthenics.

    I just checked it for my weight. 30 minutes of 'leisure swimming' gives me roughly the same amount of calories I'd expect to burn through brisk uphill walking... I think (having done aqua aerobics in the distant past) that it's a fair enough estimate.

    (Turns out to be within a few calories of 'water aerobics')
